This polygon layer presents the spatial distribution of forecasted accumulated precipitation from the Global Forecast System (GFS) over watershed sub‑basins. GFS APCP raster data are overlaid with global watershed boundaries, and zonal statistics are computed to derive average precipitation per sub‑basin over a 7‑day (168‑hour) period. This product aids in global disaster preparedness and water management planning.GFS model output is processed into APCP rasters that capture accumulated precipitation over a 7‑day forecast period. These rasters are then combined with watershed boundary data, and zonal statistics are applied to compute average precipitation for each sub‑basin. The final polygon features provide a clear depiction of global rainfall and snowfall patterns, offering critical information for disaster risk management and international water resource planning.

The Social Vulnerability component of the National Human Settlement Layer (NHSL) includes information about broad spatial patterns of social vulnerability at the neighbourhood scale, and indicators about the capacities for a community to withstand and recover from disaster events based on intrinsic characteristics of housing, family structure, individual autonomy and financial agency.Information in the model provides a means of comparing relative levels of social vulnerability from one region to another across Canada and helps to identify specific dimensions within a community that contributes to their relative levels of social vulnerability. This information is not intended for site-specific study, but instead to understand broad patterns of social characteristics and vulnerability across multiple census dissemination areas.

Area Based Management Plans (ABMP) are designated areas for the purposes of environmental protection. It must consider the impact of point and non-point source of waste, cumulative impact of the wastes, environmental management objectives and outcomes for the designated area, and ongoing monitoring and reporting.

TA_MGMT_AREAS_SPATIAL_SVW contains the spatial representation (polygon) of the management area boundaries established pursuant to section 3 of the Muskwa-Kechika Management Area Act.
