A 'building to scale' is a structure that has one dimension larger than 50 metres for the 1: 20,000 scale and larger than 30 metres for the 1: 10,000 scale. Their extents are recorded. This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.

A Township is a land subdivision in Ontario. This information was captured through the Ontario Base Mapping Program, is maintained by the Ministry of Natural Resources and distributed through Geospatial Ontario (GEO) Warehouse. The spatial accuracy for some of the townships was improved through the Ontario Parcel, Township Realignment and Township Improvement projects. Improvements may include: * road allowance widths * spatial changes to better represent where the township boundaries are located * more consistent concession names Materials used to improve the location of township lines may include: * township Improvement plots * survey information i.e. retracements * original township plans * surveys notes * the physical features e.g. fence lines in the corporate editing environment * water bodies * GPS Ontario Road Network geometry This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.

This dataset represents abundance data of commercial size Sea Scallop (Placopecten magellanicus; ≥ 80 mm shell height) from 2011-2023 from the Bay of Fundy Inshore Scallop Survey. Data is binned into 5-mm shell height bins, is prorated to an 800 m tow length and 17.5 feet (5.334 m) drag width (i.e., representing an area swept of 4267 m2), and was collected using unlined dredge gear. Each row represents a tow and contains information such as tow date, cruise name, gear type, geographical coordinates (decimal degrees, WGS 84) and the Scallop Production Area in which the tow took place. Survey protocols are documented in Glass (2017). This dataset contains tow data from a comparative survey conducted in 2012 (Smith et al., 2013). Saskatchewan Sport Fish Management Zones as described in the fisheries regulations.Spatial dataset created to represent the provincial sport fishing management zones within Saskatchewan as described in Table 5 of the Fisheries Regulations.  Saskatchewan is divided into three management zones for angling regulations.  Differences in the opening and closing dates for the angling season occur between zones, with certain lakes in each zone having special regulations applied to them.  Consult the Anglers’ Guide for further information on specific dates and/or limits. 

This feature delineates forest and vegetation stands in the Yukon at a scale of 1: 40 ,000.
