Boundaries for reporting cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan. Areas, zones and subzones show the different geographies available; these boundaries are based on statistics Canada source geometry when possible.On August 4th 2020, the province announced it would change the method of reporting COVID-19 cases, moving from six regions based on former Regional Health Authorities to thirteen zones based on Saskatchewan Health Authority geographies. The COVID-19 Zones are made by aggregating the COVID-19 Subzones, which are based on the SHA Health Networks or aggregations thereof. The COVID-19 Areas are an aggregation of the COVID-19 Zones.  Areas, zones and subzones show the different geographies available; these boundaries are based on statistics Canada source geometry when possible.

This file is made up of several types of boundaries being Municipal, Development Area Regulations, Land Claims Final Agreement, Self Government Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Local Area Plans, and Community Plans. Some areas have more than one boundary for different purposes. This data represents the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) administrative boundaries from 1997-2022. Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) administrative areas divide Ontario into smaller organizational units. These units were used to manage ministry programs and resources at a district and regional level. Regional and district boundaries were originally created based on: * metes and bounds * topographic features * geographic townships boundaries * territorial district boundaries We made changes to district boundaries over time. We are no longer updating this data. It is best suited for historical research and analysis. __MNR regions__ MNR regions were created to help manage ministry programs and resources at a regional level. Regions consist of several districts. __MNR districts__ MNR regions were divided into smaller organizational units called districts. __MNR areas__ MNR districts were further divided into areas.

This dataset represents unique Ontario waterbody location identification information including: * unique identifiers * geographic coordinates * geographic township * municipality * waterbody names, official and local (unofficial) This is a derived dataset from [Named geographic features](https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/named-geographic-features). Surveyed Borders are an Administrative Land Object that represents the spatial limits of a jurisdiction that is created and managed as a separate entity within the ICM database. In the original ICM dataset from NRCAN, this feature class is called Administrative Boundaries. Administrative Boundaries are available for the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut and may include International, Provincial and Territorial boundaries. This cadastral framework provides a parcel base of properly structured vector data designed and suited for Geographical Information System (GIS) application and can be used for land management purposes. This data set is not be used for defining boundaries. This dataset identifies the geographic locations of marine ports, terminals, shipyards, and harbours on the west coast of British Columbia. The points were reviewed and cross referenced with government and industry data sources for geographic and attribute data accuracy.

This dataset is a collaborative project by Natural Resources Canada and the federal, provincial and territorial members of the Geographical Names Board of Canada, illustrating a curated selection of official geographical names in Canada that have changed over time. The selection comes from the Canadian Geographical Names Database, displaying additional information including the previous name(s) of each feature, the year and the reason why the names changed along with a short history of each name change.
