Property assessment units
Geospatial vector data for the division of properties in the agglomeration of Montreal containing general information on property assessment units, including the codification of use (CUBF), approximate dimensions and registration number.IMPORTANT: This division has no legal value and should not be confused with cadastral division.**This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).**

Position of address points.**Collection context** Initial source of the Qc address databases, the urban planning department, the engineering department and the DGE.Analysis and coupling of the various sources to create a comprehensive research layer for the needs of the city's internal users.Timely maintenance using the address change reports from the urban planning department and changes to the property records from the assessment department.**Collection method** Computer-aided mapping.**Attributes*** `ID_ADRCIV` (`integer`): Identifier* `NOCIVQ` (`integer`): Civic number* `NOCIV_SUFX` (`varchar`): Number suffix* `ODO_INDEX_LONG` (`varchar`): Long index odonym* `ODO_INDEX_COURT` (`varchar`): Short index odonym* `ADQNBUNITE` (`integer`): Number of Qc address units* `CODE_POST` (`varchar`): Postal code* `MAT10` (`varchar`): Number* `SOURCE` (`varchar`): Source* `DATE_CREATION` (`smalldatetime`): Created on* `DATE_MODIFICATION` (`smalldatetime`): Modified on* `USER_MODIFICATION` (`varchar`): Modified by* `DATE_ARCHIVE` (`smalldatetime`): Archive date* `ODO_LONG_COMPLETE` (`varchar`): Full long odonym* `ODO_COURT_COMPLET` (`varchar`): Full short odonym* `ODONYM` (`varchar`): Odonym* `LOC_X` (`numeric`): x* `LOC_Y` (`numeric`): yFor more information, consult the metadata on the Isogeo catalog (OpenCatalog link).**This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).**
EM Conductors
This dataset represents electromagnetic conductors for the Province of Saskatchewan at 1:1 million scale. This dataset represents electromagnetic conductors compiled from assessment files. The data was created as a file geodatabase feature class and made available for public distribution. Locations may be 200 to 300 meters off due to unknowns such as datums and projections of information submitted to the assessment files and due to poor location maps. **Please Note – All published Saskatchewan Geological Survey datasets, including those available through the Saskatchewan Mining and Petroleum GeoAtlas, are sourced from the Enterprise GIS Data Warehouse. They are therefore identical and share the same refresh schedule.
Forest Tenure Map Notation Polygon
This is a spatial layer showing Ministry of Forests Map Notation Polygons. These are polygonal spatial representation for a notation on the Forest Atlas which records the area of interest of other government agencies and individuals
Surficial Geological Units, Groundwater Geoscience Program
Surficial geologic units are unconsolidated materials overlying bedrock. The dataset represents a general description of the stratigraphy and geology, including geologic unit thickness, morphology, age and rank. It features a list of the geologic unit names and types of sediment in the hydrogeological unit. While the preferred format to deliver this data is by using a shapefile and its linked attributes, this dataset can be delivered also by providing link to external data which should have at least the same properties or also by joining a georeferenced image of the map.
Hamlet Boundaries
The Hamlet dataset is comprised of all the polygons that represent Hamlets in Alberta. The formation of a Hamlet can occur if there are 5 or more buildings used as dwellings with a majority of which are on parcels of land smaller than 1850 square metres, has a generally accepted boundary and name and contains parcels of land that are used for non-residential purposes. Hamlet is an unincorporated community that can be designated by the council of Municipal District or Specialized Municipality within their boundaries, or by the Minister of Municipal Affairs within the boundaries of an Improvement District.
Base Waterbody Polygon Arc
Base waterbody polygon arcs are feature type, source and capture date attributed arcs that make up the boundaries of base waterbody polygons in the Base Features Hydrography geospatial dataset. These arcs were collected from conversion processes of 1:20 000, 1:50 000 and AVI Provincial mapping datasets and 1:50 000 National Topographic Data Base (NTDB).
True Firs (Genus Abies) in Canada 2011
The raster maps depict a suite of forest attributes in 2001* and 2011 at 250 m by 250 m spatial resolution. The maps were produced using the k nearest neighbours method applied to MODIS imagery and trained from National Forest Inventory photo plot data. For detailed information about map production methods please refer to Beaudoin et al. (2018) "Tracking forest attributes across Canada between 2001 and 2011 using the k nearest neighbours mapping approach applied to MODIS imagery." Canadian Journal of Forest Research 48, 85-93. https://cfs.nrcan.gc.ca/publications?id=38979 The map datasets may be downloaded from https://nfi.nfis.org/downloads/nfi_knn2011.zip or https://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/ec9e2659-1c29-4ddb-87a2-6aced147a990 * Note: the forest composition (leading tree genus) map depicts forest attributes in 2001.How can this data be used? The resolution and accuracy of these map products are best suited for strategic-level forest reporting and informing policy and decision making at regional to national scales. As these maps also offer a coherent set of quantitative values for a large suite of forest attributes, they can be used as baseline information for modelling and in calculations such as merchantable forest volume or percentage of tree species. It is also possible to overlay these maps with other maps produced on the same pixel grid to make assessments of disturbance impacts, such as fire and harvests.
