The area of Crown land disturbance for applications falling within a Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI) road allowance. The BC Energy Regulator issues cutting permits for any new Crown land disturbance within MOTI unconstructed road allowances. The Regulator does not issue land tenure over MOTI right of ways. This dataset contains polygon features for proposed applications collected through the Regulator's Application Management System (AMS). This dataset is updated nightly.

This point dataset represents both applications for a Mines Act permit and issued authorizations for mining activities proposed in the application. Applications for regional Mines Act permits are known as Notice of Work (NoW) applications. Regional mine permits are issued for mineral and coal exploration activities, sand and gravel production, quarry production, and placer mining. Major mine permits are issued for producing mineral and coal mines. Permits are issued by the chief permitting officer under section 10 of the Mines Act and administered by the ministry. Regional mines include: * Exploration — mineral, coal, rock quarry, industrial mineral or dimension stone * Sand and gravel — aggregate, rock or natural substances used for construction purposes * Placer   Most exploration and development activities require a permit under the Mines Act. A decision marks the end of the permitting process for a NoW application. The decision can either be to reject the application or to authorize the mining activities proposed in the NoW. * For new NoW authorizations, a Mines Act permit is issued * For an existing open Mines Act permit, the newly authorized mining activities are amended to the existing permit and the permit is re-issued   **NOTE:** Administrative amendments to a NoW are not captured in this dataset. Typically, these are historical NoW applications with approvals. A mineral claim is an area of Crown Land that is selected using the Nunavut Map Selection system by an individual or mineral exploration company that holds a valid licence to prospect. This grants the individual or mineral exploration company the mineral rights to the recorded area as provided for under the Nunavut Mining Regulations, SOR/2014-69. If the holder of a mineral claim wishes to produce minerals from the claim, or to hold it for more than thirty years, the holder must apply for a lease of the claim. A tribal council is a grouping of First Nations with common interests who voluntarily joined together to provide services to member First Nations.The tribal council geographic location dataset contains the geographic location of all tribal councils in Canada as points as well as basic attributes data. Each tribal council point represents its address as it is registered in Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) Indian Government Support System (IGSS). A connection with the IGSS is in place to ensure that any update to the system is reflected in the attributes data associated with the geography of each tribal council. Treatment may include emotional support, introspection and problem-solving assistance using a variety of modalities and approaches, and medication, as needed, for individuals who have a substance use disorder involving alcohol and/or other drugs or for people who range from experiencing difficult life transitions or problems in coping with daily living to those with severe, chronic mental illnesses that seriously impact their lives. Multidisciplinary programs, often offered on an inpatient basis with post-discharge outpatient therapy, that provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for individuals who have anorexia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, bulimia or a related eating disorder.
