First Nation Settlement Lands - Surveyed
Surveyed Cadastral Framework for Yukon First Nations and Tetlit Gwich'in settlement lands including rural blocks (R-block) and Site specific (S-sites) lands of the First Nations that have ratified their agreements. Settlement land is land identified in a first nation's final agreement as settlement land of the first nation. There are three types of settlement land that a Yukon First Nation can own and manage: Category A: complete ownership of surface and subsurface; Category B: complete ownership of the surface only; Fee Simple: private ownership. In the source NRCAN ICM dataset all First Nation Lands were included in the Land_parcel feature class. They have being extracted from land_parcel to produce this separate feature class.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . First Nation Settlement Lands - 250k
Yukon First Nations and Tetlit Gwich'in settlement lands including both rural blocks (R-block) and Fee Simple lands of the First Nations that have ratified their agreements. This data was built using the 1:250,000 National Topographic Data Base (NTDB) as the base and the 1:30,000 signed Territorial Research Base Maps (TRBM) to define the boundaries.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Mineral Deposits by Property
The purpose of this dataset is to provide quantitative analysis on specific commodities, offering insights into:- The total amount of specific commodities, e.g., Gold, in Yukon's hard rock deposits. - The highest-grade and largest deposits in Yukon. - The distribution of mineral resources within multiple zones in a deposit. - Source reports, direct links, and confidence levels for each mineral resource statement. - Differentiation between 43-101, JORC, and historical estimates. The resources in this dataset have been summarized and averaged to show the total geologic resource for a property or zone. For the exact numbers, please refer to the NI 43-101 compliant resource statement.+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| Field\ | Description\ || \ | \ |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| Property\ | Property for which deposit || \ | resource was calculated.\ || | \ |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| Zone\ | Zone for which deposit resource || \ | was calculated.\ || | \ |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| 43-101 Compliant\ | If the resource calculation is NI || \ | 43-101 compliant, JORC compliant, || | or historic.\ || | \ |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| Commodities\ | The types of commodities || \ | contained in the resource || | calculation, order is || | alphabetic.\ || | \ |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+| Categories\ | The resource categories used to || \ | create the calculation. Planning Cadastre
PLC - Cadastral and land planning (planningCadastre)Land use. For example, resources describing zoning maps, cadastral surveys, and land ownership.
Forest Tenure Real Property Project
This is a spatial layer showing Ministry of Forests Real Property Projects. These are spatial representations of land that is under intensive management/administration by the Ministry of Forests for various purposes consistent with the Forest Act.
TANTALIS - Crown Land Leases
TA_CROWN_LEASES_SVW - A Crown Land Lease is a type of land tenure issued under the Land Act. A Land Act Lease is issued where long term tenure is required, where substantial improvements are proposed, and/or where definite boundaries are required in order to avoid land use and property conflicts. The tenure holder is granted the exclusive use and enjoyment of the area. The tenure holder also has the right to exclude or charge the public for use of the land and/or improvements, when this is consistent with the terms of the lease. Crown Leases require a (cadastral) survey prior to issuance
Agriculture land dispositions
Land under administration and control of Government of Yukon, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (EMR), Agriculture Branch. Includes all dispositions of agricultural land: Agreement for Sale: A contract between two or more parties to sell and purchase land. The contract identifies conditions and terms of the transaction. Lease: A special contract between a property owner (landlord) and a person wanting temporary enjoyment and use of the property (tenant) in exchange for rent paid to the property owner. Reservation (or Reserve): Usually sets aside land for the purpose of agricultural land planning. A reservation does not give tenure to the land and is not considered a disposition of land.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Municipal Mask
This the data for the Winnipeg AVPA Regulation's interactive web map. It contains two polygon datasets that help users determine whether a property is affected by requirements in the regulation and a point dataset to help users navigate to propertiesThis is the data for the Winnipeg Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulation's interactive web map. It was developed to help interested parties determine whether a property is affected by the Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulation. To protect and foster the airport’s operations and continued growth, while ensuring orderly and efficient development within Winnipeg, the Province has adopted an Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulation under The City of Winnipeg Charter. The regulation defines two protection areas called "Area 1" and "Area 2".These areas provide direction on where and what type of residential development may take place near the airport. Area 1 comprises of lands immediately adjacent to the airport, where no new residential development will be permitted, except for replacement of buildings and minor infilling. Area 2 is located further away from the airport, where new or replacement residential development may be constructed. All development within the regulated lands must comply with indoor noise level limits set out in the Regulation. The parcel boundaries in this interactive map are representations of parcels as defined by plan of subdivision or plan of survey registered at the Land Titles Office. This type of property boundary was chosen because the land division in these plans is used to define property ownership in Manitoba.
Contaminated Sites
The Contaminated Sites dataset compiles information on contamination collected by the Government of Yukon . Note: when a site has no information, the property is not necessarily not contaminated rather the data is not available.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) .
