The Base Features Access Railway spatial layer is the authoritative source of railway data for the province of Alberta. It is a part of the Access data collection which also includes roads, powerlines, cutlines and trails, and industrial facilities.

This layer contains point representation of railway stations and bridges along the Alberta railway network.

This dataset contains point features for proposed applications collected through the BC Energy Regulator's Application Management System (AMS). This dataset is updated nightly.

The National Rail Network (NRWN) is a geometric and attributive description of the Canadian rail network.The NRWN product consists of the features classes: Track Segment, Railway Crossing, Railway Station, Marker Post, Junction and Railway Structure. Descriptive attributes include amongst others: Track Classification, Track Name, Track Operator, Track User, Track Owner, Subdivision Name, Junction Type, Crossing Type, Level of Crossing, Warning System, Transport Canada Identifier, Station Name, Station Type, Station User, Structure Type.

Saskatchewan Mining and Industrial facilities with permits managed by Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment (Environmental Protection Branch).The Ministry of Environment manages a dataset of mining and industrial facilities it regulates. This content will help increase awareness and transparency regarding these activities in the province.  These include agricultural processing facilities, mining facilities, power generation facilities, oil and gas processing facilities, and industrial waste management facilities. A Railroad Crossing is where the road surface is common to both the Railway Authority and the Ministry of Transportation Road Network; also includes overhead and under passes. It is a Point feature

This dataset contains manmade linear features in a transportation network, such as bridges and railway tunnels. It does not include roads. The linear features included are: * aerial cable ways * railway bridges * roadway bridges * railway and road bridges * pedestrian/cycle bridges * railway culverts * roadway culverts * parking lot limits * roads - edge * railway tunnels * roadway tunnels * road - under construction – edges We are no longer updating this data. It is best suited for historical research and analysis.

This dataset contains a list of drainage superintendents who are appointed by the local municipality to manage drains constructed under the [Drainage Act, 1990](https://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/90d17). Drainage superintendents are businesses or individuals that represent the local municipality to assist landowners to resolve their drainage concerns using the Ontario Drainage Act, 1990. This list is maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA) and includes municipality names, addresses telephone numbers, and superintendent contact information. This list is updated annually or as required throughout the year. CanVec is a digital cartographic reference product of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). It originates from the best available data sources covering Canadian territory, offers quality topographical information in vector format and complies with international geomatics standards.
