This thematic layer shows the location of pesticide stations in surface water monitored as part of various studies. The data comes from an extraction from the BQMA and, when a report is available on the Department's website, the reader can access it from a link in the information window. The dataset on the monitoring of pesticides in surface water also includes a layer of sampling stations, a layer of polygons presenting the drainage areas of some of the stations and finally, a data table including the compilation of land use by year for each of these drainage areas. The “Soil Landscapes of Canada (SLC) Version 3.2” dataset series provides a set of geo-referenced soil areas (polygons) that are linked to attribute data found in the associated Component Table (CMP), Component Rating Table (CRT), Soil Names Table (SNT), Soil Layer Table (SLT), Landscape Segmentation Table (LST), Landform Extent Table (LET), Landform Definition Table and Ecological Framework Table (EFT). Together, these datasets describe the spatial distribution of soils and associated landscapes for the agricultural areas of Canada. However, some provinces (Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island) contain CMP, SNT and SLT data for the entire province (that is, beyond the agricultural areas). This version is complemented by the previous SLC version 2.2, which covers the entire country.

Table containing URL links to summary review reports on licensed personal care homes in Manitoba.This table contains URL links to reports on personal care home reviews completed by the Licensing and Compliance Branch of Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living. All licensed personal care home facilities in Manitoba are required to comply with minimum standards of care as set out in the Personal Care Home Standards Regulation under the Health Services Insurance Act. The branch monitors compliance through regular review processes. Operators of facilities are required to take the necessary steps to address concerns identified in the course of reviews within specified time lines and must provide status updates until concerns have been addressed.  Licences are reviewed and renewed annually and review findings are used to inform decision-making. The table includes the following fields (Alias (Name): Description) Regional Health Authority (Regional_Health_Authority): The name of the Regional Health Authority in which the facility is located. Community (Community): The name of the community in which the facility is located. Facility (Facility): The name of the licensed personal care home. Facility Key (Facility_Key): Primary key used to link this table with the feature point layer Licensed Personal Care Homes. Review Date (Review_Date): The date the review was conducted. Review Type (Review_Type): The type of review conducted. Possible values are Regular Standards, Unannounced, Modified, Pre-Opening, or Other. Summary Link (Summary_Link): The URL link to the report. This table forms part of the data for the Manitoba Personal Care Home Reporting app.

STE_TEI_ATTRIBUTE_POLYS_SP contains Terrestrial Ecosystem Information (TEI) polygons with key and amalgamated (concatenated) attributes derived from the RISC (Resource Inventory Standards Committee) standard attributes. These describe the physical and biological characteristics of ecosystems at a landscape level. TEI currently includes Terrestrial Ecosystem Mapping (TEM), Predictive Ecosystem Mapping (PEM), Sensitive Ecosystems Inventory (SEI), Terrain Mapping (TER) and Soil Mapping (SOIL). Mapping methods include manual air photo interpretation and modeling supported by limited field checking.
