Natural Gas Processing Plants - North American Cooperation on Energy Information
Facilities designed to recover natural gas liquids from a stream of natural gas. These facilities control the quality of the natural gas to be marketed.Mapping Resources implemented as part of the North American Cooperation on Energy Information (NACEI) between the Department of Energy of the United States of America, the Department of Natural Resources of Canada, and the Ministry of Energy of the United Mexican States. The participating Agencies and Institutions shall not be held liable for improper or incorrect use of the data described and/or contained herein. These data and related graphics, if available, are not legal documents and are not intended to be used as such. The information contained in these data is dynamic and may change over time and may differ from other official information. Bedrock geology index map
The Bedrock Index provides a spatial record of the location of all Bedrock maps published by the Geological Survey of Canada and hosted on Geoscan. The index has three "series" of maps; CGM, A series, and preliminary maps. In cases where there have been multiple editions of a map, the most recent record is reported in the Bedrock Index attribute table. Maps published in Open File documents are not recorded in the bedrock index. The "A" series maps were produced from 1909 to 2010 and have been replaced by the CGM (Canadian Geoscience Maps) series. CGM maps began production in 2010 and are still being published. Preliminary maps were published from 1941 to 2021.
Coal Agreements
Coal Agreement feature class contains provincial extent polygon features representing Coal applications, agreements, leases, and licences, with varying term dates and conditions. These applications and subsequent agreements give the holder the right to explore Coal.

FRI: Terrain contours
Terrain contours (TRNCNT) is a vector delineation of areas of equivalent elevation, in 5 m classes, as contour lines.Download: Here The Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment, Forest Service Branch, has developed a forest resource inventory (FRI) which meets a variety of strategic and operational planning information needs for the boreal plains. Such needs include information on the general land cover, terrain, and growing stock (height, diameter, basal area, timber volume and stem density) within the provincial forest and adjacent forest fringe. This inventory provides spatially explicit information as 10 m or 20 m raster grids and as vectors polygons for relatively homogeneous forest stands or naturally non-forested areas with a 0.5 ha minimum area and a 2.0 ha median area. Terrain contours (TRNCNT) is a vector delineation of areas of equivalent elevation, in 5 m classes, as contour lines. For more information, see the Forest Inventory Standard of the Saskatchewan Environmental Code, Forest Inventory Chapter.
Liquefied Natural Gas Terminals - North American Cooperation on Energy Information
Natural gas onshore facilities used to receive, unload, load, store, gasify, liquefy, process and transport by ship, natural gas that is imported from a foreign country, exported to a foreign country, or interior commerce.Mapping Resources implemented as part of the North American Cooperation on Energy Information (NACEI) between the Department of Energy of the United States of America, the Department of Natural Resources of Canada, and the Ministry of Energy of the United Mexican States. The participating Agencies and Institutions shall not be held liable for improper or incorrect use of the data described and/or contained herein. Minerals and Quaternary Drillhole Compilation
Compilation of drillholes for mineral exploration and Quaternary studies in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. This dataset is compilation of uranium drillholes prior to 2007, and since that time has expanded to include metallic and industrial mineral exploration drillholes and surficial sedimentology drillholes. This is an ongoing compilation whereby recent drillholes that become publically available are added. In addition, improvements are frequently made to more historic drillholes with spurious information. The dataset is not an exhaustive list of drillholes in Saskatchewan. **Please Note – All published Saskatchewan Geological Survey datasets, including those available through the Saskatchewan Mining and Petroleum GeoAtlas, are sourced from the Enterprise GIS Data Warehouse. They are therefore identical and share the same refresh schedule.
