Departure from Average Precipitation (mm)
Departure from Average Precipitation represents the accumulated precipitation value for a location, subtracted by the long term average value. The long term average value is defined as the average amount over the 1981 – 2010 period. A negative value indicates that the location has received less than the normal amount of precipitation (mm) for that timeframe. A positive value indicates that the location has received more than the normal amount of precipitation (mm). Products are produced for the following timeframes: Agricultural Year, Growing Season, Winter Season as well as rolling products for 30, 60, 90, 180, 270, 365, 730, 1095, 1460 and 1825 days.

A mineral lease is a mineral claim that has been surveyed by a Canada Lands Surveyor. A mineral lease can be applied for after an exploration prospecting company has done a minimum of representation work in the claim area and if a legal survey on the claim has been recorded. Mean Temperature Difference From Normal values are computed by subtracting the normal monthly average temperature from the average monthly temperature of the month. The average monthly temperature is computed by obtaining the mean value of average daily temperatures for a month. If the month was colder than normal the value computed will be negative and if it was warmer the value will be positive.

If the dwelling is located in a building which contains several dwellings, or a combination of residential and business premises, all of which the household owns, the value is estimated as a portion of the market value that applies only to the dwelling in which the household resides. Trends and Extremes - Flood Susceptibility Mapping
This collection of flood susceptibility products captures temporal patterns of historic flood events from 2000 to 2023, derived from flood susceptibility maps. The layers are designed to support decision-making by providing easily interpretable information for planning, screening, and other management purposes.This collection contains several datasets which explore the suite of rasters from 2000 to 2023:- Extreme wet and extreme dry years and the associated average flood susceptibility, processed by NHN WU, as found by Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) analysis- Flood susceptibility envelope, which is derived from the above wet and dry years- Trend slope, for each pixel the value for each year is extracted and the linear trend is computed, greater than 1000 is increasing flood susceptibility and below 1000 is decreasing flood susceptibility. - Trend Class, as identified by wet and dry scores, applied to NHN WU- Current flood susceptibility, which represents the estimated average value of present-day flood susceptibility- Current interquartile range, which provides and indication of the temporal variability of a given pixel under the current regime.
