The data in this information product illustrates the boundaries of Alberta's 87 Provincial Electoral Divisions. Electoral Boundaries are defined by the Alberta Election Act, Chapter E-1, 2018. Provincial Electoral Divisions (PEDs) are territorial units represented by an elected Member to serve in the Alberta Provincial Legislative Assembly. The Provincial Electoral Divisions used in this information product were enacted in December 2017 and came into effect for the 2019 provincial general election.

Temporal analysis of changes for Victoria, British Columbia, based on GeoAI features automatically extracted from satellite images acquired in the 2000s, 2010s and 2020s. Simple geospatial analysis intersecting Statistics Canada's Open Database of Buildings, version 3 (ODB v3) with GeoAI multidate building features enables the detection of buildings observed in the 2000s, 2010s and 2020s. The addition of new buildings is a good indicator of urban development and/or sprawl. Using the same approach, GeoAI multidate roads enable the detection of Statistics Canada's National Roads Network (NRN) segments present in the 2000s, 2010s and 2020s. The development of new roads is also indicator of urban development and/or sprawl. Complementarily, an analysis of changes in the forest coverage from the GeoAI datasets is done between the 2000s and the 2020s. This analysis reflects the gains and losses between both dates.‌GeoAI enables temporal coverage of various areas in Canada, thus providing a useful tool for change detection and trend analysis at high resolution. The dataset includes subsurface stratigraphic picks for the interfingering members that define the transition between the Belly River Group and the Lea Park Formation in east-central Alberta (Townships 1 to 62, Ranges 1W4 to 21W4) made from wireline geophysical well logs. Coarsening upwards, siltstone to sandstone-dominated members of the Belly River Group include (from youngest to oldest) the upper Birch Lake, lower Birch Lake, Ribstone Creek, Victoria, and Brosseau members. Interfingering mudstone-dominated members of the Lea Park Formation include the Mulga, Grizzly Bear, Vanesti, and Shandro members. Where the top and base are present, we calculated isochore values for each member. Well data were screened to detect errors resulting from deviated wells, as well as incorrect ground and kelly bushing elevation data. We used statistical methods to identify local and regional statistical outliers, which were examined individually.
