The Living Environment Equity Index is a territorial index that aims to locate living environments that combine urban vulnerabilities in order to encourage the prioritization and convergence of municipal investments. This index represents environments that combine social, economic, environmental vulnerabilities, vulnerabilities in access to local resources, in access to cultural, sports and leisure resources and in urban security. Average value of dwelling (dollars) by census division, 2016
This service shows the average owner estimated value of dwelling for Canada by 2016 census division. The data is from the Census Profile, Statistics Canada Catalogue no. 98-316-X2016001.Value (owner estimated) of private dwelling refers to the dollar amount expected by the owner if the asset were to be sold.In the context of dwelling, it refers to the value of the entire dwelling, including the value of the land it is on and of any other structure, such as a garage, which is on the property. If the dwelling is located in a building which contains several dwellings, or a combination of residential and business premises, all of which the household owns, the value is estimated as a portion of the market value that applies only to the dwelling in which the household resides. TANTALIS - Crown Land Revenue Sharing Agreements
TA_CROWN_REV_SHARE_AGRMNTS_SVW contains the spatial representation (polygon) of active and applied for Crown Land Revenue Sharing Agreements. A Revenue Sharing Agreement is made between the crown and one or more parties to share revenue. The view was created to provide a simplified presentation of this single tenure type from the disposition information in the Tantalis operational system. The same content could be derived from the TA_CROWN_TENURES_SVW by filtering to this tenure type only. It’s possible that this dataset may contain few or no records, depending on the current number of active tenures or applications.

This polygon dataset shows First Nation land acquisitions designated as Other Land as outlined by the Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) Agreements in Manitoba, pursuant to the Crown Lands Act 5(1)(d).The purpose of this dataset is to show geographic boundaries for land acquisitions designated as Other Land, as outlined by the Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) Agreements in Manitoba, pursuant to the Crown Lands Act 5(1)(d). This is a dynamic dataset - data can change daily.Other Land includes land that has been purchased by the First Nations from private landowners or Surplus Provincial or Surplus Federal land that has been purchased from the Manitoba or Canada governments. The title to the land is privately held by a First Nation corporation until it gets transferred to the Government of Canada, however the mines and minerals and other residual interests may be owned by the Crown (Government of Manitoba) and they are required to be transferred to the Government of Canada (subject to third party interest resolution, if applicable).The sites are generally identified by title with reference to a plan of survey, metes and bounds description. Locations are mapped using existing cadastral or parcel mapping data, or reasonably illustrate the site within the dataset. Pacific Salmon Stock Management Units
Salmon have a complex hierarchical population structure extending from groups of salmon at individual spawning sites all the way up to taxonomic species. These independently functioning aggregates are defined as Conservation Units (CUs) in the Wild Salmon Policy. A stock management unit (SMU) is a group of one or more CUs that are managed together with the objective of achieving a joint status.There are 69 SMUs containing 468 CUs. In 2022, eight SMUs units did not have enough information to provide an assessment. Sixty-one units were assigned a forecast. There are ongoing requests to represent salmon information for these areas. Salmon are assessed and managed at different levels for different needs. The layers in this dataset include administrative areas, stock management units, and conservation units.The data included is a shapefile containing a single feature class layer represented in point and polygon form, as well as a csv table (attributes) to present Stock Management Unit information in a simple, visual way.

Lease: a special contract between a property owner (landlord) and a person wanting temporary enjoyment and use of the property (tenant) in exchange for rent paid to the property owner. Easement: a right of passage over a neighbour's land or waterway. Reservation (or Reserve): sets aside land for other government departments (OGD) or interested party through an OGD, to be used for a specific purpose. A reserve does not give tenure to the land and is not considered a disposition of land.
