Aerodrome (Montreal Airport)
Geometric and conventional representation of airport facilities for planning purposes. The geospatial “aerodrome” data is structured according to the following layers of information:- CARTO-VOI-AERODROME-TRACK: A defined surface on earth intended to be used, in whole or in part, for the arrival, departure and maneuvers of aircraft.- CARTO-VOI-AERODROME-PARKING: A furnished area, off the airfield runway, intended for the parking of a certain number of aircraft. These elements form part of the layers in the digital cartographic compilation.**This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).**
2019 - YT Finlayson Lk Aerodrome 2019 1m - Mosaic of High Resolution Digital Elevation Model (HRDEM) by LiDAR acquisition project
High-Resolution Digital Elevation Model (HRDEM) generated from LiDAR. This data collection includes a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and a Digital Surface Model (DSM). The HRDEM product is referenced to the Canadian Geodetic Vertical Datum of 2013 (CGVD2013). Source data for HRDEM datasets is acquired through multiple projects with different partners. Since data is being acquired by project, there is no integration or edgematching done between projects. The data in this collection have been reprojected from the source reference system to the Canada Atlas Lambert projection (EPSG:3979). **This third party metadata element follows the Spatio Temporal Asset Catalog (STAC) specification.**
Ministry of Transportation (MOT) Sign
A Sign is a lettered board, message or other display which includes all regulatory, warning, guide, informational, advisory, construction and maintenance and route markers, but excluding electronically controlled messages/displays. It is a Point feature
Forest Tenure Communication Sites
This is a spatial layer showing Ministry of Forests Radio Communication Sites. Communication Sites are physical land locations containing structures and equipment which provide two or one-way voice and or data wireless communications to field staff or for operational activities
Abandoned airports
This layer is derived from data provided by Nav Canada. This layer should not be used for navigation purposes. Official GEO title: Airport Other
TANTALIS - Crown Land Inventory
TA_CROWN_INVENTORY_SVW contains the spatial representation (polygon) of active and applied for Crown Land Inventory Dispositions. Inventories are lands identified for review to determine the availability to market. The view was created to provide a simplified presentation of this single tenure type from the disposition information in the Tantalis operational system. The same content could be derived from the TA_CROWN_TENURES_SVW by filtering to this tenure type only
FADM - Timber Supply Area (TSA)
The spatial representation for a Timber Supply Area or TSA Supply Block: A Timber Supply Area is a designated area established by the Ministry in order to practice sound, integrated, resource management principles to improve the allowable annual cuts. TSAs were originally defined by an established pattern of wood flow from management units to the primary timber-using industries. They are the primary unit for allowable annual cut (AAC) determination. A TSA Supply Block is a designated area within the TSA where the Ministry approves the allowable annual cuts
Canadian Anchorages and Anchorage Areas
Canadian Anchorages and Anchorage Areas is comprised of four shapefiles which include anchorage areas (ACHARE) and single ship anchorages (ACHBRT). The shapefiles are either one with points and one with polygons for each of the two types of anchorages. These files are a comprehensive dataset of anchorages and anchorage areas in Canadian navigable waters. This dataset will be updated as needed.
FADM - Pulpwood Area
The spatial representation for a Pulpwood Area, which is a designated area established by the Ministry where a resources analysis shows a surplus of wood fibre that is below sawlog-use standards
Air and Watershed Resource Management Contacts and Boundaries
The Air and Watershed Resource Management Contacts and Boundaries dataset is comprised of all the polygons that represent the Air and Watershed Stewardship districts and the manager to contact with questions or concerns about environmental framework implementation and management response. This dataset was created to lend support to the Regulatory Assurance Division.
