This point layer dataset contains information on Manitoba waterbody access points including boat launches, overland routes and tunnels.Waterbody Entry Points contains point data primarily of boat launches in Manitoba, but it also includes overland routes and tunnel access to some waterbodies. Each data point has a description of the type of access as well as photos that detail signage and condition of the entry point. The locations of coastal British Columbia boat launches. The Coastal BC datasets are circa 2004 and legacy in nature. Caution should be exercised when using this data, as it may not be accurate or complete. There are currently no plans to update.

RESULTS Openings are administrative boundaries for areas harvested with silviculture obligations or natural disturbances with intended forest management activities on Crown Land. The RESULTS openings_svw is a spatial view made up of a number of tables containing information on disturbance dates, generalized bec, forest district, opening category, opening status, previous tree species, opening gross area, average slope, average elevation, aspect, along with maximum and minimum elevation values, and many more fields.

These are the specific silviculture activities that took place within an opening in order to meet silviculture obligations after a disturbance. These activities may have been conducted over the entire opening or just a portion of the opening, and multiple activities may overlap. The ASTER instrument that was launched onboard NASA’s Terra spacecraft in December 1999 has an along-track stereoscopic capability using two telescopes in its near infrared spectral band to acquire data from nadir and backward views. Planting activities reported on openings into RESULTS. More than one planting activitiy may occur within an opening. Planting activiites may also overlap. Planting attribute reporting is mandatory requirement while planting maps are optional. Planting reports includes species and seedlot information. This is a part of Silviculture and Land Status dataset, which includes tracking achievement of silviculture obligations on Crown land
