Canadian Database of Geochemical Surveys
The "Canadian Database of Geochemical Surveys" has two long-term goals. Firstly, it aims to catalogue all of the regional geochemical surveys that have been carried out across Canada, beginning in the 1950s. Secondly, it aims to make the raw data from those surveys available in a standardised format. Over 1,500 surveys have been catalogued. Of these, the raw data for over 300 have been converted to a standardised format. The catalogue can be searched at https:\\geochem.nrcan.gc.ca
Survey Index
Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) has made available all the publishable limits of modern day surveys whose data has been collected since 1989.
Airborne Surveys
This dataset represents the digital compilation of the Mineral Assessment Airborne surveys of the Province of Saskatchewan.This dataset represents the digital compilation of the Mineral Assessment Airborne surveys of the Province of Saskatchewan. This data shows Mineral Assessment Work Catalogue: Outlines of areas and descriptions of work submitted for mineral assessment credits (Airborne surveys). This is an ongoing assemblage of mineral assessment airborne surveys. The data was created as a file geodatabase feature class and output for public distribution.**Please Note – All published Saskatchewan Geological Survey datasets, including those available through the Saskatchewan Mining and Petroleum GeoAtlas, are sourced from the Enterprise GIS Data Warehouse. They are therefore identical and share the same refresh schedule.

Mapping Inshore Lobster Landings and Fishing Effort on a Maritimes Region Statistical Grid (2015–2019)
This report describes an analysis of Maritimes Region inshore lobster logbook data reported at a grid level, including Bay of Fundy Disputed Zone data reported at the coordinate level. Annual and composite (2015–2019) grid maps were produced for landings, number of trap hauls, and the same series standardized by grid area, as well as maps of catch weight per number of trap hauls as an index of catch per unit effort (CPUE). Spatial differences in fishing pressure, landings, and CPUE are indicated, and potential mapping applications are outlined. Mapping the distribution and intensity of inshore lobster fishing activity has management applications for spatial planning and related decision support. The lack of region-wide latitude and longitude coordinates for inshore lobster effort and landings limits the utility of commercial logbook data for marine spatial planning purposes.

Project mapped the North Atlantic seafloor along a transect from Halifax, Canada to Tromsø, Norway to further the understanding of marine habitats, conservation and navigation.
