Digital Terrain Model (DTM)
A digital terrain model (DTM) is a digital representation of elevations throughout the Province. DTM files contain elevation mass points, check points, spot heights and random densified points. The spacing between the elevation points is approximately 70 metres and the absolute vertical accuracy of a single elevation point is approximately 2.5 metres. The elevations are expressed as metres above mean sea level.

National Hydro Network - NHN - GeoBase Series
The National Hydro Network (NHN) focuses on providing a quality geometric description and a set of basic attributes describing Canada's inland surface waters. It provides geospatial digital data compliant with the NHN Standard such as lakes, reservoirs, watercourses (rivers and streams), canals, islands, drainage linear network, toponyms or geographical names, constructions and obstacles related to surface waters, etc. The best available federal and provincial data are used for its production, which is done jointly by the federal and interested provincial and territorial partners. The NHN is created from existing data at the 1:50 000 scale or better. The NHN data have a great potential for analysis, cartographic representation and display and will serve as base data in many applications. The NHN Work Unit Limits were created based on Water Survey of Canada Sub-Sub-Drainage Area.
Ontario Hydro Network - Shoreline
The Ontario Hydro Network (OHN) is a provincial medium scale originating from data with regional scales of 1: 10,000 in Southern Ontario, 1: 20,000 in Northern Ontario and 1: 50,000 in the Far North. The shoreline is taken from the OHN - Waterbody data class. This data is used for cartographic purposes and web mapping services. This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software. Manitoba market hog prices are collected from major processors in Manitoba, compiled and released weekly by Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development (ARD). Manitoba market hog prices are weighted by the volume of hogs processed, and averaged monthly. United States (U.S.) iso-wean and feeder pig prices are sourced from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and presented in Canadian dollars (C$) using the Bank of Canada exchange rate. Monthly U.S. iso-wean and feeder pig prices are a simple average of the weekly U.S. total composite weighted average prices. Timing windows and terms and conditions vary based on regional differences in fish and wildlife species and habitat, and geography. The timing window of least risk to fish and fish habitat must be applied to all activities in water bodies, as well as tributaries that have a risk of depositing sediment into water bodies. Windows of least risk are designed to protect all fish species known to occur in a water body.
