ParcelMap BC Parcel Polygons
ParcelMap BC is the current, complete and trusted mapped representation of titled and Crown land parcels across British Columbia, considered to be the point of truth for the graphical representation of property boundaries. It is not the authoritative source for the legal property boundary or related records attributes; this will always be the plan of survey or the related registry information. This particular dataset is a subset of the complete ParcelMap BC data and is comprised of the parcel polygons and attributes for over two million parcels published under the Open Government Licence - British Columbia. This dataset does __NOT__ include parcel representations (i.e. distinct polygons with unique PID identifiers) for [Building Strata Parcels](https://help.ltsa.ca/parcelmap-bc/building-strata-parcels) - Building Strata parcels are represented by a single polygon uniquely identified by the Strata Plan Number (i.e. individual strata lot PIDs are not included). For a dataset which includes unique polygon features (stacked geometries) for each Building Strata parcel, please use the [ParcelMap BC Parcel Fabric](https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/4cf233c2-f020-4f7a-9b87-1923252fbc24) or [ParcelMap BC Parcel Fabric - Fully Attributed](https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/219eebea-b19b-47bd-938f-47d53002a3f4) dataset _or refer to the [ParcelMap BC Shared Geometry Cross Reference Table](https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/b918901e-9fd3-4f01-803d-eaeca027b794), which includes the strata lot (PID) to strata plan relationship._ Notes: 1. Parcel title information is sourced from the BC Land Title Register. Title questions should be directed to a local [Land Title Office](https://ltsa.ca/land-title-office-locations). 2. The ParcelMap BC Parcel Fabric is expected to eventually replace the [Integrated Cadastral Fabric](https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/7eb82072-8c74-4fce-9934-349b545fdc21).

TANTALIS - Surveyed Parcels
TA_SURVEY_PARCELS_SVW Contains the spatial representation (polygon) of all active primary and subdivision parcels of land that are or have been within the purview of the B.C. Crown Land Management program. The view was created to provide a simplified view of this data from the survey parcel information in the Tantalis operational system. Primary and subdivision parcels are the two types of parcels (as identified by the PARCEL_TYPE attribute) that are generally suitable for transfer of ownership
Land Parcels Polygon - Surveyed
Surveyed Land Parcel are real property object that represents the spatial extent of a lot or parcel of land against which rights and interests may be registered. Land Parcel with a parcel status of "Active" form the current cadastral fabric.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Approximate boundaries for all land parcels in New Brunswick. The boundaries are structured as Polygons. The Property Identifier number or PID is included for each parcel.
Land Cover - 50k - Canvec
Land Features entities are: Island, Shoreline, Wooded Area, Saturated soil, Landform Feature (esker, sand\...), and Cut Line. CanVec is a digital cartographic reference product of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). It originates from the best available data sources covering Canadian territory, offers quality topographical information in vector format, and complies with international geomatics standards. CanVec is a multi-source product coming mainly from the National Topographic Data Base (NTDB), the Mapping the North process conducted by the Canada Center for Mapping and Earth Observation (CCMEO), the Atlas of Canada data, the GeoBase initiative, and the data update using satellite imagery coverage (e.g. Landsat 7, Spot, Radarsat, etc.).Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . First Nation Permit Fee Simple Lands in Manitoba
This polygon dataset shows Crown land parcels covered by formal flood compensation and other settlement agreements with specified First Nations. The purpose of this dataset is to show Crown land parcels contained within formal flood compensation and other settlement agreements with specified First Nations (does not include Treaty Land Entitlement sites). The Crown lands are not intended for transfer to Government of Canada to be set apart as Reserve land. It is intended that the parcels will be held in fee simple, meaning a certificate of title to the land will be issued to a First Nation corporation.Best efforts have been taken to reasonably illustrate the parcels within the dataset as set out in the respective agreements. All boundaries are to be considered approximate and for illustrative purposes only. The mapped parcels are not removed (or regularly updated) following the survey or transfer of any Crown (Manitoba) land to Canada to be set apart as Reserve for the respective First Nation. For more information on individual agreements, please visit the Manitoba government website: https://www.gov.mb.ca/inr/settlements-and-other-agreements/index.htmlFields included [Alias (Field Name): Field description]OBJECTID (OBJECTID): Sequential unique whole numbers that are automatically generatedID Number (ID): A unique number identifying the land parcelFirst Nation Group (FIRST_NATION): Name of the First Nation part of the land claimSite Name (SITE_NAME): Name of the land parcelSite Type (SITE_TYPE): Site type descriptionArea in Square Meters (AREA): Land parcel area in square metresArea in Hectares (HECTARES): Land parcel area in hectaresArea in Acres (ACREAGE): Land parcel area in acresAgreement Name (AGREEMENT): Name of the settlement agreement under which the land parcel is administeredDate of Agreement (AGREE_DATE): Date of the settlement agreement under which the land parcel is administered
Community Agreements in Manitoba
This polygon dataset represents Crown land parcels contained within flood compensation/settlement agreements with certain Northern Affairs communities, excluding First Nations. The purpose of this dataset is to show Crown land parcels contained within flood compensation/settlement agreements with certain Northern Affairs communities, not including First Nations. The dataset includes the Grand Rapids Forebay (GRF) agreements for the Northern Affairs communities of Moose Lake and Easterville, plus recently added Cross Lake Community and Norway House Community Settlement lands. The agreements provide for lands to be held by permit and/or certificate of title in the name of a community corporation, or set aside for traditional use. Best efforts have been made to reasonably represent the parcels within the dataset as set out in the respective agreements. The mapped parcels are not removed (or regularly updated) following survey or transfer of any Crown (Manitoba) land to the community. All boundaries are to be considered approximate and for illustrative purposes only. For more information on individual agreements please visit the Manitoba government website: https://www.gov.mb.ca/inr/settlements-and-other-agreements/index.html Fields included [Alias (Field Name): Field description] OBJECTID (OBJECTID): Sequential unique whole numbers that are automatically generated ID Number (ID): A unique number identifying the Community Agreement parcel Community (COMMUNITY): Name of community for which a land parcel is held Site Name (SITE_NAME): Name of land parcel Site Type (SITE_TYPE): Site type description. Sites can be held as fee simple, permit lands, traditional use protected area, community boundary expansion, and quarry lease. Area in Square Metres (AREA): Land parcel area in square metres Area in Hectares (HECTARES): Land parcel area in hectares Area in Acres (ACREAGE): Land parcel area in acres Agreement Name (AGREEMENT): Name of settlement agreement under which the land is administered Date of Agreement (AGREE_DATE): Date of settlement agreement under which the land is administered
Geographic Township Improved
A Township is a land subdivision in Ontario. This information was captured through the Ontario Base Mapping Program, is maintained by the Ministry of Natural Resources and distributed through Geospatial Ontario (GEO) Warehouse. The spatial accuracy for some of the townships was improved through the Ontario Parcel, Township Realignment and Township Improvement projects. Improvements may include: * road allowance widths * spatial changes to better represent where the township boundaries are located * more consistent concession names Materials used to improve the location of township lines may include: * township Improvement plots * survey information i.e. retracements * original township plans * surveys notes * the physical features e.g. fence lines in the corporate editing environment * water bodies * GPS Ontario Road Network geometry This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.
Conservation Easement
A digital record of all Conservation Easements kept for planning purposes. This dataset represents all Conservation Easements registered with the Ministry of Environment. Clause 7(3) of the Conservation Easements Act indicates that for a CE to be in effect a copy of an executed CE must be provided to the Ministry. Receipt of this document is recorded in this Lands Branch database and an Agreement number is assigned sequentially. An interest, based on the CE, must also be registered with ISC. Currently these two datasets are not reconciled. Technical Details: Conservation Easements are meant to protect native habitat on lands in the Province. The boundaries of the native habitat protected under a CE may not coincident with the parcel boundaries. However, the CE is identified to the larger parcel boundary. It is this parcel identification the is reflected in this spatial dataset. The Agreement Number is included which identifies the filing number under which detailed information can be found in digital and hardcopy within the Lands Branch of the Ministry of Environment.
