This polygon dataset represents Community Interest Zones (CIZ) reserved on behalf of 21 Entitlement First Nations as per the Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement and the Notice Area for the Peguis Treaty Entitlement Agreement.The Community Interest Zone (CIZ) dataset illustrates consultation areas reserved on behalf of 21 Entitlement First Nations represented by the Treaty Land Entitlement Committee as contained within the Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement signed May 29th 1997, and the Peguis Treaty Entitlement Agreement signed April 29, 2008. The CIZ boundary is based on the 1:500,000 Province of Manitoba base map and a 30-km radius drawn from a specific existing reserve boundary. The boundary of the Peguis Notice Area was included in the Peguis Treaty Entitlement Agreement and has been digitized using a heads-up digitizing method. The areas have been squared off to include the whole section where only part of a section is intersected by the 30-km radius. This data is populated by the Provincial Animal Welfare Database for the Manitoba Animal Welfare Program and is displayed in the Manitoba Animal Welfare Program – Non-Compliances to The Animal Care Act chart. The table will be updated on a quarterly basis. The Sexual Violence Prevention Youth Outreach Program is a community-based program that works to improve the immediate and long-term social, economic, educational and health outcomes for youth between the ages of 12 and 19 who are at risk of being subjected to or perpetrating sexual violence by assisting them to access services and supports and by providing mentorship.

Community Health Service Area (CHSA) boundaries; 2022 boundary configuration. The CHSAs are a mutually exclusive and exhaustive classification of the land area in BC. CHSAs are contiguous (land area is geographically adjacent) and fit within the existing geographical hierarchy (cannot violate higher-level geography boundaries such as the Local Health Area).

Municipal boundaries are created by Order in Council as per the Municipal Act. Each Municipality has it's own Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaw.
