Sites Registry (Open Government Licence)
This dataset is a subset of the Sites Registry dataset. The Sites Registry is a collection of locations that are important to government carrying out its business, including sharing information with citizens. Most locations have civic addresses and are government offices or facilities, e.g. hospitals, schools, post-secondary institutions, court houses, tourism centres. It is comprised of all sites licensed under the Open Government Licence – British Columbia. Heritage sites cited by municipalities and indigenous communities
The Ministry of Culture and Communications makes available some of its data on heritage sites cited by municipalities and indigenous communities (formerly incorporated heritage sites). These elements of real estate heritage are part of the heritage protected under the Cultural Heritage Act (L.R.Q., c. 21) and are registered in the Quebec Cultural Heritage Register.These elements and all related information can be found in the Répertoire du Patrimoine Culturel du Québec (www.patrimoine-cultur.gouv.qc.ca).Note that the geographic coordinates associated with the heritage elements represent a point that locates the property on the territory and not their perimeter. This means a government that is open by default providing better digital capacity and services for Canadians.Under a modernized Fisheries Act, Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has made available an online Fisheries Act (FA) Registry that facilitates access to data and information, including geospatial data, about projects as well as regulatory process information. The new online version of the FA Registry is now available to Canadians. The FA Registry is currently accessible through the Common Project Search Portal, a one-stop online location for Canadians to search and browse through DFO authorizations as well as projects and assessments submitted to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and Transport Canada.DFO will be undertaking continuous development of the Fisheries Act Registry. This release is the second step towards implementing the full FA Registry that will provide additional content as well as new features to the FA Registry, increasing transparency and proactive disclosure as well as improving digital capacity and service for Canadians.

The Saskatchewan Parks Boundaries dataset includes Provincial Parks (PP), Recreation Sites (RS), and Historic Sites (HS) as described in the The Parks Act, The Recreation Sites Regulations, 1991, and The Historic Sites Regulations, respectively.The Saskatchewan Parks Boundaries dataset is a version managed by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport that more closely matches the intent of the descriptions in The Parks Act, The Recreation Sites Regulations, 1991, and The Historic Sites Regulations than the dataset provided by Information Services Corporation (ISC). The last update was completed on Sept 22, 2021, to reflect changes as per the latest Recreation Sites Regulations amendment. The park types listed in the dataset include: 1) Provincial Parks, i.e., Natural Environment Parks (NE), Recreation Parks (RP), Wilderness Parks (WP), and Historic Parks (HP); 2) Recreation Sites (RS); 3) Protected Area (PR); and 4) HS Historic Sites (HS).
