Forest Resources Management Plans - 250k
The purpose of this feature class is to identify the individual annual allowable cut and annual limit areas as referred to in the Forest Resources Act subsection 20(2) and 31(10 of the Forest Resources Regulation). Where there is no approved Forest Resources Management Plan (FRMP) for an area, forest resources harvesting can only be authorized in an amount less than that prescribed by regulation for that area. The Forest Resources Regulation subsection 31(1) establishes the annual limits for harvesting timber resources for areas without an FRMP. These areas are referred to as the Annual Limit Regions in Schedule 1 of the Regulation titled Timber Harvesting Areas. These annual limits are set as the annual allowable cut for each of the areas, until such time as a Forest Resources Management Plan is approved for that area.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Forest resource processing facilities
This data is used for referencing spatial and tabular Forest Resource Processing Facility information. Each facility has one or more processing sites, each dedicated to processing resources for a specific purpose. For example, a pulp, paper and paperboard facility has one processing site to produce pulp, and another one dedicated to producing paper. All facilities that use 1,000 cubic metres or more of forest resources in one year must have a facility licence. This data class has been remodeled in 2014 to make it more flexible as a stand-alone product.
Refineries - North American Cooperation on Energy Information
Facilities that separate and convert crude oil or other feedstock into liquid petroleum products, including upgraders and asphalt refineries.Mapping Resources implemented as part of the North American Cooperation on Energy Information (NACEI) between the Department of Energy of the United States of America, the Department of Natural Resources of Canada, and the Ministry of Energy of the United Mexican States. The participating Agencies and Institutions shall not be held liable for improper or incorrect use of the data described and/or contained herein. Natural Gas Underground Storage - North American Cooperation on Energy Information
Sub-surface facilities used for storing natural gas. The facilities are usually hollowed-out salt domes, geological reservoirs (depleted oil or gas field) or water bearing sands (called aquifers) topped by an impermeable cap rock.Mapping Resources implemented as part of the North American Cooperation on Energy Information (NACEI) between the Department of Energy of the United States of America, the Department of Natural Resources of Canada, and the Ministry of Energy of the United Mexican States. The participating Agencies and Institutions shall not be held liable for improper or incorrect use of the data described and/or contained herein. Forest resources inventory packaged products
This dataset covers Forest Resource Inventories between 2001 and 2004. It includes: * stand regeneration * harvested trees * trees lost to wildfire, insects, disease or wind damage Information from forest resource inventories provides the basis for major forest resource planning and ministry policy decisions.
OIC - Historic Resources Act
Orders in Council (OIC) are regulations or legislative orders in relation to and authorized by an existing Act. This table identifies Yukon lands withdrawn from disposal, usually by Territorial Order in Council. In Corporate Spatial Warehouse (CSW) data is split out into spatial views by Act under which orders are authorized. The tables are comprehensive and include both active and expired orders. Spatial views show only the active data.In this table and spatial views, Regulations by Order in Council (OIC) are spatially represented to provide clarity regarding Yukon lands withdrawn from disposal. Spatial data is viewed by the Act under which the order is authorized. Not all orders are for withdrawal, different levels of withdrawal are common and not detailed in GIS attributes. It is important to read OIC documents for specific details ( [https://legislation.yukon.ca/legislation/page_a.html](https://legislation.yukon.ca:443/legislation/page_a.html) ).Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Forest resources inventory status
This dataset provides various Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry business areas with fundamental forest inventory information needed to meet their program mandates.
Ministry of Natural Resources Road Barrier
A Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) Road Barrier is when access to a road segment or network is restricted or controlled. Road authorities in Ontario have the mandated responsibility to construct roads or have them constructed on their behalf. They include: * Ministry of Natural Resources (resource access roads and park roads) * Municipalities * Ministry of Transportation * Ministry of Northern Development and Mines * Federal government (roads on federal lands, e.g. national parks, Dept. of Defense) * First Nations * Other, e.g., local roads boards This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.
