Trapline area
A trapline area is a polygon feature that identifies a ministry-regulated boundary used to administer traplines and fur management programs.
Traplines of British Columbia
This dataset delineates areas for which registration is granted to one or more licensed trappers for the trapping of fur bearing animals under the BC Wildlife Act. Traplines are designated by a regional manager of the recreational fisheries and wildlife programs. The Wildlife Act regulates who may set a trap for, hunt, kill, take or capture a fur bearing animal within a trapline.
Fire Control Zone
The Fire Control Zone dataset is comprised of all the polygons that represent Fire Control Zones in Alberta. Fire Control Zone is legislated to show geographical areas established for the purposes of closure orders and fire control orders under the Alberta Forest and Prairie Protection Act.
Maritimes Region Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program 1991 to 2020 Hydrographic Transect Climatology
The hydrographic 1991 to 2020 climatology for the Maritimes region Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program core transects, Cabot Strait, Louisbourg, Halifax, Browns Bank, and Northeast Channel, are calculated to support annual reporting on seasonal variability. Details on data coverage for these transects and ancillary transects occupied since the inception of the program are provided. Comparisons with the previous climatology period, years 1981 to 2010, are summarized when possible.Cite this data as: Layton, C. Manitoba Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition Area
The purpose of this dataset is to show the Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition Area (NUCPA) in Manitoba. The Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition Area (NUCPA) is a provincially-regulated prohibition of centrefire rifles for white-tailed deer hunting. This prohibition encompasses all or portions of the Rural Municipalities (RMs) of Headingley, Rosser, Rockwood, St. Andrews, West St. Paul, East St. Paul, St. Clements and Richot. Under the General Hunting Regulation (351/87) of The Wildlife Act (c. W130), no person shall have a rifle requiring a centrefire cartridge in his or her possession while hunting deer in lands identified as a Near Urban Wildlife Zone on Plan No. 20350 or 20525 filed in the office of the Director of Surveys.Fields included (Alias (Field Name): Field description)FID (FID): sequential unique whole numbers that are automatically generatedDescription (Description): definition and description of the Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition AreaShape_Length (Shape_Length): length of the feature in internal unitsShape_Area (Shape_Area): area of the feature in internal units squared
Oil and Gas Grid Areas
This is the Grid Area portion of the Oil and Gas Land Division System. This is a grid system consisting of three sections, Area, Section and Unit used to describe Yukon Oil and Gas Dispositions, Leases and Licences. A Grid area shall be bounded on the east and west sides by successive meridians of longitude of the series 124 00' 00", 124 15' 00", 124 30' 00" ,etc. On the north and south sides by parallels of latitude joining the points of intersection of the east and west boundaries with successive parallels of latitude of the series 60 00' 00", 60 10' 00", 60 20' 00", etc. Every grid shall be referred to by the latitude and longitude of the northeast corner of that grid area.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) . Registered Fur Management Area
The Registered Fur Management Area dataset is comprised of all the polygons that represent the Registered Fur Management Areas in Alberta. A Registered Fur Management Area (RFMA) is a parcel of public land, the boundary of which is described on the Registered Fur Management Licence. If a Registered Fur Management Area is described by reference to a line, that area includes all land within 0.5 mile on each side of that line. A Registered Fur Management Licence permits the licence holder to hunt and trap fur-bearing animals on the lands described on the licence.
Fish Pathogen Management Zone Boundary Source
The Fish Pathogen Boundary Segment layer forms the boundary of the Fish Pathogen Management Zones and is made up of segments that were taken from the Ontario Road Network. This data class was created in order to store the road name information associated with each segment that makes up the fish pathogen management zone boundary. This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.
FADM - Cascade Mountain Boundary
The spatial representation for a polygon defining the area of the province defined as west of the Cascade Mountains
First Nation Traditional Territories Core Area
"KFN-WRFN Overlap Resolution Boundary" means the boundary which, for the purposes of Settlement Agreements, eliminates the KFN-WRFN Overlapping Area.Distributed from [GeoYukon](https://yukon.ca/geoyukon) by the [Government of Yukon](https://yukon.ca/maps) .
