The dataset is to help Government of Alberta Staff in managing workloads within the Regulatory Assurance Division.
Yukon Borders - Surveyed
Surveyed Borders are an Administrative Land Object that represents the spatial limits of a jurisdiction that is created and managed as a separate entity within the ICM database. In the original ICM dataset from NRCAN, this feature class is called Administrative Boundaries. Administrative Boundaries are available for the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut and may include International, Provincial and Territorial boundaries. This cadastral framework provides a parcel base of properly structured vector data designed and suited for Geographical Information System (GIS) application and can be used for land management purposes. This data set is not be used for defining boundaries. Health Authority (HA) boundaries; 2022 boundary configuration. The HAs are a mutually exclusive and exhaustive classification of the land area in BC. HAs are contiguous (land area is geographically adjacent) and fit within an existing geographical hierarchy, e.g., cannot violate lower-level geography boundaries such as the Health Service Delivery Areas (HSDA) and Local Health Area (LHA).

This dataset contains boundaries of Management Areas, which are geographic areas of managerial responsibility within Parks Operations Division, Alberta Environment and Protected Areas. Management Areas are groupings of Districts, which are geographic areas of operational responsibility within Parks Operations Division. Parks Operations Division Districts nest within Management Areas, which in turn nest within Regions. These boundaries are administrative/operational in nature, and are subject to change.
